RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL IN STUDIO CLASSES
In an effort to limit contact during check-ins and payment, all classes must be paid and reserved in advance on the MINDBODY app or through our online scheduler. Due to our severely limited class sizes, our cancellation policies will be strictly enforced. Discretion will be given in cases of true emergency. Please be respectful, and cancel early (outside of 12 hours before class start time) if you are unable to attend. We are unable to accommodate drop-ins at this time. Never been to Shore Barre? EARLY & LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES
Shore Barre has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Please note for all in studio classes if a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, the class will be forfeited. Clients with unlimited packages who do not cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy will have a day deducted from their package . ALL CANCELLATIONS, EARLY OR LATE, MUST BE MADE ONLINE THROUGH THE ONLINE SCHEDULER (Shore Barre website or MBO app). Please do not send text, social media messages, or leave voice mail messages.
Early Cancellations: Must be made at least 12 hours prior to class start, in order to be considered on time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to class start, are considered late.
Late cancellations fees for illness or exposure to Covid-19 are officially waived. If more than one late cancellation occurs, the studio may request emailed documentation from your medical provider to confirm the reason for late cancellation.
All packages, sessions and memberships may be frozen for up to 14 days if a client is ill, diagnosed or has been exposed to Covid-19 or up until at least 72 hours have passed since the resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications, and improvement in respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath or cough, and at least 7 days have passed since symptoms began. There is no fee for this freeze.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be provided for memberships, packages, private sessions or classes. If a client is ill, diagnosed or has been exposed to Covid-19, the studio will extend the expiration date of a class package up to 14 days. This may be extended based on the individual client’s situation.
ENTERING AND EXITING THE STUDIO
CLASS FULL? ADD YOUR NAME TO THE WAIT LIST
If a class is full, you have the option to add yourself to the wait list. You must have an active class, package, or membership available on your account in order to join a wait list. If there is an early-cancellation, the first person on the wait list will be automatically added to the class, and notified by e-mail. If you are added to class from the wait list and no longer wish to attend, you are responsible for cancelling the class online; late-cancel/no-show policies apply. You can only be added to class from the wait list during the early-cancel period (12 hours or more before class start time). If you add your name to a wait list, you are responsible for ensuring the information in your client account is accurate and up to date with an email address you access frequently, so that we may contact you as quickly as possible.
We will make our best effort to add classes to our schedule if we are consistently going to a wait list. Added classes will appear as POP UPs on our schedule, and announced on our social media pages. Follow us to stay in the know!
GET A GRIP
We require gripped socks for our Shore Barre classes.
Don't have a pair? You may purchase gripped socks in our studio boutique ($15-$16 a pair). Please refrain from putting bare feet or shoes on the barres.
PROPERLY PREPARED
Props and closed cell antimicrobial mats are provided for all of our classes. We have enough equipment to swap out all mats and props between classes so there is no sharing. Mats and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of each service day. Barres will be disinfected between each class.
BE POLITE
We ask that you do not bring cell phones inside the exercise studio and to please refrain from using cell phones during class.
Under extenuating circumstances, cell phones may be turned to silent/vibrate and kept discreetly near you.
Please no chewing gum during class, or other food inside the studio.
APPOINTMENTS
Private and semi-private sessions available upon request, and may be reserved around existing group class schedules. Payment required at time of booking. 24 hour early cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours will be charged 50% of the hourly fee. Cancellations made inside of 12 hours will be charged the full hourly fee.

- Face coverings must be worn to enter and exit the studio, and in studio if moving away from your designated barre station. Disposable breathable masks will be provided for those who need them.
- Classes will be scheduled with enough time in between to allow for participants to maintain proper physical distancing.
- The studio doors will open for class 5-10 minutes prior to class start.
- We request that you do not come to the studio unless you have a reservation for class or a scheduled appointment.
- Please do not congregate in the vestibule or at the entrance to the building, but rather, wait in or near your vehicle until you are able to come into class.
- For the safety of yourself and others, guests will not be permitted to enter class more than 10 minutes after it starts.
