On this site:
1. Click the "Class Schedules" button on the home page of this site. When calendar of classes opens, click "Sign In" in upper right hand corner of the page.
2. Enter User Name and Password.
3. Click "My Info" Tab.
4. Once the "My Info" screen opens, choose "Account". You will see your purchases, purchase dates, classes remaining, expiration dates, and whether a class package/contract is active or inactive.
On the MINDBODY App:
Please make sure your app is up to date.
1. From any screen, tap menu option "Profile" (bottom right of your screen).
2. Choose "Passes". Your available/active class passes will be visible.
On MINDBODY Desktop (browser based):
1. Enter User Name and Password.
2. Click "My Info" Tab. Once the "My Info" screen opens, choose "Account". You will see your purchases, purchase dates, classes remaining, expiration dates, and whether a class package/contract is active or inactive. https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/home/?studioid=319895
If you have never visited the studio, and do not already have an account on the MINDBODY App, go to Create Your Account

purchasing a package or membership
On MINDBODY Desktop (browser based):
Class packages and memberships may be purchased through our online store. To view all available options, click the "Barre Services & Contracts" tab. Individual classes, and class series package options appear on the "Services" menu. Month to month membership options, connected to a contract, can be found on the "Contracts" menu. Contract memberships may only be purchased through the browser based version of MINDBODY. They are not available for purchase through the MINDBODY app. However, if you do buy a contract based membership, it will still appear on the "Your Passes" menu of your MINDBODY app profile page, and will be usable to book your classes. To make any purchase, you will need to either login to your client account, or create one.
On the MINDBODY App:

Select "View Pricing". Choose from which category you'd like to purchase: Shore Barre Classes, or Virtual Classes. Choose the option that best suits your needs!

book your barre
On the MINDBODY App:
1. Locate Shore Barre on the app.
To find Shore Barre, your "My Location" settings must be set to one of our local beach towns with a distance radius that will include Bethany Beach.
PRO TIP: Save Shore Barre to your "Favorites" to avoid having to change location settings when traveling.
2. On the Shore Barre page, select "View Schedule".
3. Click "Book" next to the class you'd like to attend.
4. If you are holding an active class package, a class will automatically be drawn from that package.
5. If you do not have any classes on your account, you will be prompted to purchase one of our pricing options. Please note that contract packages are not available for purchase through the Mindbody app.
PRO TIP: Rather than booking directly through the "Schedule" page, you can book your classes from the "Passes" menu on your "Profile" screen. Tap "Passes" and a screen with your available class passes will come up (even if they're at studios other than Shore Barre). Choose your active Shore Barre pass (expiration dates are visible here as well). For those of you who might be holding more than one package at the studio, this is a really good way to make sure you are only activating one pass/contract at a time. (Hey, if you mess up, don't worry! Either e-mail me with your issue, or we'll fix it in studio).

cancel your barre

3. Click "cancel" next to the class you'd like to cancel.

terminate your contract/membership
Available only on MINDBODY Desktop (browser based):
1. Enter User Name and Password.
2. Click "My Info" Tab. Once the "My Info" screen opens, choose "Account". You will see your purchases, purchase dates, autopay schedule, expiration dates, and whether a membership/contract is active or inactive.
3. At bottom right corner of screen, choose "terminate". Please be reminded that while there are no added cancellation fees, your contract will end immediately upon your choice to terminate, if it is before the next scheduled autopay date. Portions of any unused month will not be prorated.

bring a friend to the barre
When booking in consumer mode https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/home/?studioid=319895, you will see the "Make a reservation for : Someone Else" option when registering for a class. The booking process and pricing is otherwise the same as you will experience when booking for yourself. If the person you are trying to reserve for doesn't have a Shore Barre client account, one will need to be created.
If you have an existing class series package that you would like to use to treat a friend to class, the friend will first need to create a client account at Shore Barre. Then e-mail julie@shorebarre.com with friend's full name, date, and class time you'd like for the friend to attend. We will create a "relationship" between your account and your friend's so that a class is deducted from your account. Please note that unlimited and contract packages cannot be shared.
If you have an existing class series package that you would like to use to treat a friend to class, the friend will first need to create a client account at Shore Barre. Then e-mail julie@shorebarre.com with friend's full name, date, and class time you'd like for the friend to attend. add a family member
Adding family to your account is a great way to share payment methods, pricing options, and other important information. You can create relationships on our desktop site only*.
When creating a new account:
1. Create a new account.
2. Fill out required fields.
3. Click "Add Family Member".
4. Type in required information.
If you already have an account:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select "My Info"
3. Click "Add Family Member"
*It is not possible to add a family member, or create a relationship on the MINDBODY app. If accessing through the app, each family member will have to create their own account. We will then be able to help you in studio, if you'd like to link any friends or family members to your account.
